Embarrassing moments happen sometimes and celebrities are people too!

From falling, to being egged, to forgetting the lyrics, other performers have had a few blunders while taking the stage.

The good news is, people forget about these incidents eventually or just move on to the next.

Lady Gaga's hit song "Judas" is a total rip-off of a 1999 song called "Juda" ... so says a singer named Rebecca Francescatti ... who just filed a lawsuit against Gaga in federal court.

Rebecca claims the similarities between the two songs are NOT a coincidence ... because her former bass player -- Brian Gaynor -- is now employed by a music company that wrote 17 songs on Gaga's recent "Born This Way" album.

Rebecca's lawyer, Chris Niro, tells TMZ, "Though the songs are different styles, the composition is the same and the chorus is the same melody ... [Rebecca] is seeking recognition for what she created."

Francescatti, who sings under the name Rebecca F., is suing for unspecified damages.

We called Lady Gaga's camp for comment ... no word back so far.

Akshat Saxena est un petit garçon indien d'un an qui présente une particularité pour le moins surprenante. Il est en effet né avec 34 doigts ! Plus précisément, le jeune bambin est doté de 14 doigts aux mains, et de 20 doigts de pied. Grâce à l'inscription de ses parents sur internet il y a quelques mois, Akshat est aujourd'hui entré dans le Guinness des Records, explique le Daily Mail.

Jusque-là, le record était détenu par un jeune Chinois de six ans qui avait 15 doigts de main et 16 doigts de pied. Ce trouble génétique est appelé la "polydactylie", et entraîne la pousse de nombreux doigts de mains ou de pieds. Cela présente aussi certaines anomalies. Ainsi, Akshat Saxena a subi de nombreuses opérations depuis sa naissance, notamment pour réduire ses nombres de doigts, mais également pour lui constituer un pouce.

Things certainly seem to be on the up for the sexy soul singer, as she has landed a spot as a judge on the revamped version of the UK edition of X Factor.
She will be hoping the extra exposure will help her new album fly off the shelves when it is released in the UK.
The record has had a difficult birthing process. It was originally meant to be released under the title Kelly Rowland last September.
However it was pushed back four times. with Kelly declaring it unfinished the month it was due to come out.
It has finally been released, and contains the work of a hodge-podge of writers and producers including Jermaine Dupri and Rico Love, while the likes of Sean Paul provide guest vocals.
It has been released to mix reviews, with some critics panning it and others strongly recommending it.

Le Centre international de recherche sur le cancer (Circ) de l’OMS à Lyon, vient de classer les champs électromagnétiques émis par les téléphones mobiles comme « pouvant être cancérigènes chez l’Homme ». Selon l’agence spécialisée de l’ONU pour la recherche sur les cancers, le risque principal qui doit être envisagé est celui de gliomes – les tumeurs cérébrales les plus fréquentes. Par ailleurs, seuls les gros utilisateurs de mobiles seraient concernés.

Depuis le 24 mai et jusqu’à aujourd’hui, un groupe de travail rassemblant 31 scientifiques de 14 pays s’est réuni au siège du Circ, à Lyon. Leur mission consistait à évaluer les risques potentiellement cancérigènes liés à l’exposition aux champs électromagnétiques. Ils ont travaillé à partir de l’ensemble des études disponibles sur le sujet. 

D’après le groupe de travail, une étude a montré qu’il existait une augmentation du risque de gliome. Celle-ci serait de l’ordre 40 %, parmi les personnes utilisant ou ayant utilisé un téléphone portable à raison de 30 minutes par jour pendant dix ans. Le Dr Jonathan Samet de l’Université de Californie du Sud, présidait ce groupe de travail. Selon lui, « les données scientifiques accumulées à ce jour permettent de conclure à la classification "peut-être cancérigène chez l’Homme" ». Le rayonnement électromagnétique des téléphones mobiles se retrouve ainsi dans le groupe 2B (sur 5) des agents visés par le CIRC.

Le groupe 1 rassemble 107 agents considérés comme « certainement cancérigènes ». Le groupe 2A regroupe 59 agents « probablement cancérigènes ». Le groupe 3 est constitué de 506 agents « non classifiés comme cancérigènes » et on retrouve dans le groupe 4, un agent unique considéré comme « probablement non cancérigène ». 

Dans le Groupe 2B où figurent désormais les champs électromagnétiques des téléphones mobiles, on retrouve au total 266 agents hétérogènes. Les GSM y voisineront ainsi avec des produits chimiques comme le chloramphenicol mais aussi avec le poisson salé à la chinoise, le tabagisme passif, la poudre de bois, l’acrylamide des viennoiseries et les produits de tannerie… 

Le directeur du Circ, Christopher Wild, estime en effet qu’il est important « de poursuivre les travaux et d’évaluer les effets des radiofréquences sur le long terme, notamment chez les plus gros utilisateurs de téléphones portables ».
