Beyonce yagiranye ibihe byiza na se!!

Beyonce has been in the studio recording her highly anticipated new album. While pictures and news of who's working on the album have been coming out almost weekly, now a different kind of bombshell has been dropped. Beyonce has officially ended her business relationship with her father, Matthew Knowles.
In a statement released to the press, Beyonce says, “I am grateful for everything he has taught me. I grew up watching both he and my mother manage and own their own businesses. They were hardworking entrepreneurs and I will continue to follow in their footsteps. He is my father for life and I love my dad dearly."
Matthew also released a statement which read, “Business is business and family is family. I love my daughter and am very proud of who she is and all that she has achieved. I look forward to her continued great success.”
This is a sad day, but we love the fact that the Knowles family is still filled with love. Check out these pictures of Beyonce out and about in New York City yesterday.

Chris Brown afata Justin Bieber nka Murumuna we

Ibihugu by' Ubburayi byongeye kurasa bwa kabiri kuri Lybia

TRIPOLI (Reuters) - Western powers launched a second wave of air strikes on Libya early on Monday after halting the advance of Muammar Gaddafi's forces on Benghazi and targeting air defences to let their planes patrol the skies.
The U.N.-mandated intervention to protect civilians caught up in a one-month-old revolt against Gaddafi drew criticism from Arab League chief Amr Moussa, who questioned the need for a heavy bombardment, which he said had killed many civilians.
But the United States, carrying out the air strikes in a coalition with Britain, France, Italy and Canada among others, said the campaign was working and dismissed a ceasefire announcement by the Libyan military on Sunday evening.
Britain's Defence Ministry said one of its submarines had again fired Tomahawk cruise missiles on Sunday night as part of a second wave of attacks to enforce the U.N. resolution.
"We and our international partners are continuing operations in support of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1973," a ministry spokesman said.

The intervention is the biggest against an Arab country since the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Withdrawal of Arab support would make it much harder to pursue what some defence analysts say could in any case be a difficult, open-ended campaign with an uncertain outcome.
Asked about Moussa's comments, Michele Flournoy, Under Secretary at the U.S. Department for Defense, told the BBC:
"I think that may be the case that people don't understand the military dimensions of what was required to establish the no-fly zone but I can tell you that we continue to have messages of support, statements of support from a number of Arab countries."

Justin Bieber Passes Michael Jackson for U.S. Box Office Crown

"Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" has now surpassed Michael Jackson's "This Is It" to become the most successful concert-themed movie at the domestic box office.

Through Sunday, Justin Bieber had earned $72.2 million at the domestic box office. Sony's "This Is It" grossed $72.1 million domestically.

"Never Say Never," released six weeks ago, was directed by Jon M. Chu. "This Is It" still holds the worldwide record, having grossed $189.1 million overseas for a global cume of $261.2 million.

Usually, concert films don't travel well. Justin Bieber has grossed $10.8 million at the international box office, a solid number, considering that the "Jonas Brothers" grossed only $4 million internationally, while "Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour" earned $5 million ("Hannah Montana" grossed $65 million domestically).

Paramount insiders believe Justin Bieber could ultimately earn $20 million internationally. So far, the movie has done best in Latin America, where star's fan base is strongest.

Justin Bieber was produced by Paramount's low-budget division Insurge Pictures. The studio has shied way from calling the film a concert movie, since it delves into Bieber's childhood and rise to pop icon status.

Paramount also took the unprecedented step of updating the movie with new footage early in its theatrical release, so as to encourage repeat business. The move worked.

Carlo Ancelotti not giving up on Chelsea winning title

Manager Carlo Ancelotti has said Chelsea have to win their last nine matches to have any chance of defending their Premier League crown.

Late goals by David Luiz and Ramires inflicted a 2-0 win over Manchester City to guide Chelsea into third spot.

And despite trailing leaders Manchester United by nine points, Ancelotti said: "We have to try to win every game.

"There'll be an international break and when the players come back, I'd like to see the same spirit and attitude."

City started the day in third place above Chelsea and it looked likely that Roberto Mancini's team, without the injured Carlos Tevez, would cement their place behind United and second-placed Arsenal with a valuable point at Stamford Bridge.

However, their hard-working defence was slowly worn down after a bright start and after the introduction of forwards Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka in the second half, City finally paid the penalty for their defensive approach.

Drogba's free-kick was nodded in by the impressive Luiz for the crucial opener on 78 minutes, before Ramires made sure of the points with a fantastic solo goal in injury time.

Defeat won't deter us - Platt

"It was a very good result and performance," Ancelotti told BBC Sport. "We are showing good spirit and good football and all the players are fit.

"It was important to put pressure up front and not concede. We could have done better in the final third in the first half but after the break we did better and we put the pressure on.

"Luiz and Ramires - fantastic performances and fantastic goals. Ramires, in particular. He's improving very well.

"Luiz's goal was a surprise. Defensively, he worked with fantastic tempo for a long time and his performance was really good."

The Italian boss also defended his £50m signing striker Fernando Torres, who looked short of confidence and spark as the Spaniard continued his goalscoring drought before being substituted with 20 minutes remaining.

"He doesn't have to lose his confidence," commented Ancelotti. "We have to be patient and so does he. The goal will arrive."

Before the game, Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay had told BBC Five live's Sportsweek programme that the club would "see where we are at the end of May, then we'll judge the coach and other people at the football club".

But Ancelotti, whose contract expires in 2012, shrugged off questions about his future, and commented: "I'm happy in this moment, so I think we will continue."

BBC football pundit and AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf, who played under Ancelotti at Milan, stated on Match of the Day 2 that Chelsea should stand by their man.

"I hope [owner Roman] Abramovich will think closely about keeping Ancelotti close to him because under pressure is where you get the best out of him," he said.

"I remember we had two crazy seasons, more difficult seasons, and twice we won the Champions League."

Meanwhile, Manchester City coach David Platt was frustrated to leave London with no points but was adamant that the players would continue to battle on until the end of the season.

"In the first half we started pretty well and then Chelsea started to dominate possession," Platt told BBC Sport.

"We were disappointed to concede from a set-piece because we had been quite resolute back there.

"Everybody's dropping points so we'll continue along our road but we want to stay within the top four.

"We're disappointed because we defended pretty resolutely. The aim is to get as many points in our last eight games and we'll see where that gets us. We should finish in the top four."

Fashion-forward Willow Smith steps up her style game as she reveals new waist-length neon hair braids

She's arguably one of the trendiest children on the planet, so it;s no wonder Willow Smith is intent on constantly changing up her style.
But having waist-length neon braids put in could perhaps be labelled one of the 10-year-old's boldest moves.
Willow showed off her new 'do as she stepped out in Manchester today, where she travelled to the MEN Arena to support friend Justin Bieber on his Never Say Never tour.

However, while some parents might disapprove of Willow's eccentric new hairstyle, the Whip My Hair star looked absolutely delighted with her new look, smiling widely for photographers as she left her hotel.
Willow, who recently released her second single 21st Century Girl, has been enjoying huge success as she travels Europe with Bieber.
And Willow, the daughter of Hollywood actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, seems to be enjoying her fame.

She tweeted after hitting London earlier this week: 'London, was sooooooo AWESOME!!!!! (sic)…They made me feel like I am the only girl in the world... 18,000 people on the other side of the mic... dreams do come true.'
Willow made her acting debut in I Am Legend at the tender age of seven, while her 12-year-old brother Jaden starred alongside Jackie Chan in the remake of The Karate Kid.
But it seems to be music where Willow's heart lies, and she is hoping to recreate the success of debut single Whip My Hair with 21st Century Girl.

Her debut album is due to be released later this year.
Willow recently revealed that she takes musical inspiration from stars including Lady Gaga and Jay-Z, who helps her get past any musical 'blocks'.
She said: 'Whenever I have a creative block, he’s always like, "Do what artists do when they have a block. Make a song about it".'

RAF Tornado jets have joined UN strikes against Colonel Gaddafi to enforce a no-fly zone over Libya.

Stormshadow missiles were launched from Tornado GR4 fast jets, which flew 3,000 miles from RAF Marham in Norfolk and back.
And a barrage of 112 Tomahawk cruise missiles - some of them British - was fired to knock out the dictator's air defence systems at more than 20 coastal locations.
The blitz came after a Libyan ceasefire was broken when a fighter jet was blown out of the skies above the rebel-held city of Benghazi.

David Cameron said: "Gaddafi has made this happen." He was speaking at the end of an emergency summit in Paris. A Royal Navy Trafalgar-class submarine stationed in the Mediterranean took part in the co-ordinated assault, which also involved forces from the US, France, Italy and Canada.
The PM added: "What is absolutely clear is that Gaddafi has broken his word, he has broken confidence and continues to slaughter his own civilians.

"This has to stop, we have to make him stop and make him face the consequences." Meanwhile French President Nicolas Sarkozy said military jets would prevent forces loyal to Gaddafi from attacking the rebel-held city of Benghazi.

Around 20 French fighter jets are patrolling the skies above Libya and a military official confirmed a plane had fired on a Libyan military vehicle.
Gaddafi appeared to openly flaunt the threat of a no-fly zone resolution as a fighter jet was shot down over the rebel-held city of Benghazi.
Libya's ceasefire lay in tatters amid reports that pro-Government forces were storming the city.

PM David Cameron, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and a host of other world leaders met yesterday to discuss a course of action over Libya. Rebels say they have suffered heavy shelling from Gaddafi's forces while reports say tanks have been seen rolling into Benghazi.

Video footage emerged yesterday showing the downed jet circling over the city before flames burst out of its engine and it slammed to the ground. The pilot managed to eject before the plane hit the ground.
But Libyan authorities insisted there had been "no attack whatsoever" on rebel forces in the city.

They insisted that their forces were holding to a ceasefire announced on Friday and repeated an invitation for international observers to enter the country today to monitor it.
Earlier a Libyan spokesman read from a letter sent from Gaddafi to PM David Cameron and UN secretary Ban Ki-Moon declaring: "Libya is not yours. Libya is for the Libyans. The Security Council resolution is invalid.
He continued: "You will regret it if you dare to intervene in our country."

As RAF Tornados were readied for action Gaddafi quickly declared a ceasefire and promised to halt his war on the rebel uprising. But at the same time his troops carried on shelling rebels in Misrata. Ambulances were blown up and 25 were killed, including two young girls.
Gaddafi's forces are continuing to advance towards the eastern rebel stronghold of Benghazi. Clashes erupted 30 miles from the rebel "capital".
Mr Cameron warned Gaddafi the world would not be conned. The PM said: "We will judge him by his actions, not his words."

The PM joined US president Barack Obama and French leader Nicolas Sarkozy to lay down FIVE conditions the 67-year-old dictator must meet to avoid military intervention in strife-torn Libya.

But rebels dismissed the ceasefire declaration as a ruse. "He is lying. His troops are advancing. We don't believe Gaddafi," said Mohammed Ishmael al-Tajouri from the rebel coalition in Benghazi. "When he comes to Benghazi he will be fighting. There is no negotiating with Gaddafi."
In a demand backed by Arab states, the three leaders told the Libyan Mad Dog to:
HALT all attacks on civilians.
STOP the assault on Benghazi.
PULL his troops back from onslaughts on rebels in Adjadbiya, Misrata and Zawiyah.
RESTORE water, electricity and gas to all areas, and ALLOW in humanitarian assistance for the people of Libya.
In a joint statement, the trio told Gaddafi the terms were "not negotiable".
And they said if he did not comply, Thursday night's UN Security Council resolution to prevent a mass slaughter of rebels would be "enforced through military action".

It was also made clear to Gaddafi that he could not stay in power. Mr Cameron declared: "Gaddafi must go. He has no legitimacy. I don't think Libya has any future with Gaddafi in charge." President Obama warned: "Now, once more, Muammar Gaddafi has a choice. If he does not comply with the resolution, the international community will impose consequences."

An RAF Sentinel spy plane touched down at the British base in Akrotiri, Cyprus, on Friday to begin mapping out Libyan targets for air strikes.
A dozen senior officers also arrived to command a mission codenamed Operation Ellamy.
RAF Typhoon fighters and Tornado bombers followed. Defence chiefs across Nato assembled the broadest airborne force seen since the 1991 Gulf War.

Nine nations have offered military assets so far. They include Canada, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Poland and Spain, with at least two Arab nations considering joining in. While no invasion plans have been drawn up, Downing Street made it clear ground troops had not been ruled out. Only a long-term occupation of Libya has been vetoed.
Mr Cameron insisted the action was not about regime change in Libya.
He declared: "The UN resolution is about protecting lives and stopping slaughter. It's up to the Libyan people to choose their government. Is this going to be another Iraq? No."
The PM said Britain was taking a leading role in the mission because of "our ideals as well as our interests". He added: "As well as stopping the slaughter, it is crucial not to allow Libya to sink back into a pariah state."

Mr Obama said America would not lead the operation. But after a fortnight of US dithering, tensions began to surface.
Mrs Clinton said she would not serve under Mr Obama for a second term. A source close to her said: "She is not happy dealing with a president who can't decide if today is Tuesday or Wednesday."

Sexual Assault Probe Into Lil Wayne Recording Sesh

A woman claims she was held against her will and sexually assaulted during a recording session for Lil Wayne back in January -- but according to law enforcement sources, Weezy wasn't responsible.

We're told the man targeted in the investigation is famed music producer Noel "Detail" Fisher -- who owns the house in Canyon Country, CA where the alleged assault went down.

According to sources, Detail had several people over to the house (which has a recording studio inside) for a Pre-Grammy party -- during which Lil Wayne was laying down some tracks.

Sources tell TMZ the alleged victim was a female catering assistant -- who was hired for the party to take care of the food.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops are looking into allegations that Detail held her against her will overnight and sexually assaulted her ... after which she managed to escape and alert police. We're told she was questioned in the hospital, where she also submitted to a rape test. So far, no word on the results.

Law enforcement sources tell us the investigation is still ongoing and Lil Wayne is not mentioned anywhere in the report.
